MARY ANN DAVIS' PEPPER CABBAGE 
2 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (1 lg.)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Chop or grate cabbage, green pepper, celery and onion. Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, celery seed and black pepper and add to the vegetable mixture. (Keeps about 10 days in refrigerator and doubles or triples beautifully.) Perfect for using food processor to chop each vegetable. 6 servings.
