GREEN TOMATO PIE 
4 c. green tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 to 3 tbsp. flour
1 lemon
1 pie crust, uncooked
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
Raisins

Mix sugar, salt and flour. Place the tomato in pie crust. Add the mix of sugar, salt and flour. Add lemon juice and rind and vinegar. Sprinkle raisins over tomato. Dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
