DEANN'S GREEN TOMATO PIE 
4 c. sliced green tomatoes, peeled and drained
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pastries for 9 inch pie

Place pastry for bottom crust in 9 inch ungreased pie plate. Mix tapioca, salt, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Mix in tomatoes; place in pie plate. Place pastry for top crust over filling; cut slits for steam to escape and seal edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
