CURRIED FRUIT 
1/2 c. raisins
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (16 oz.) can apricots
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves

Drain the fruit; place fruit in baking dish. Add 1/4 stick of butter, 1/2 to 3/4 cups brown sugar, and 1 tablespoons curry powder. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves hot.

Excellent as a side dish with rice, chicken, pork or beef.
