CHILI SAUCE 
12 ripe tomatoes
2 lg. peppers, chopped fine
1 lg. onion
2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. celery

Boil all together until it thickens.
