2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 1/2 c. 1 minute uncooked oats
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, butter, milk, cocoa and salt; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats and vanilla.
