4 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. boiling water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and water until smooth; add cocoa and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Dust hands with powdered sugar. Take 1/2 teaspoon mixture and roll into balls. Dust a plate with sugar. Lay balls on plate to dry, about 2 hours, then roll in finely chopped nuts.
