WAIKIKI CHICKEN 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 lb. chicken strips
2 tbsp. oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine flour and salt and coat chicken in mixture. Fry chicken in oil until golden. Combine undrained pineapple, barbecue sauce, cornstarch and brown sugar; pour over chicken and continue to cook 35-40 minutes.
