GOOD FOR YOU CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. granola
2 c. unbleached flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. quick oats
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream together butter and brown sugar. Mix in honey, egg, vanilla and milk. Then mix in baking soda and baking powder. Add granola, oatmeal and flour. Mix all ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Place on no-stick cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
