TANGY SLAW DRESSING 
1 scant tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
5 tbsp. sugar
Salt
Dash of red pepper

Heat mustard, vinegar and butter to boiling point. Let cool. Beat sugar gradually into eggs. Add to cool mixture. Place on low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Store in refrigerator.
