GRANDMOM'S STUFFED POTATO 
4 baking potatoes, scrubbed
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. basic marinara sauce

Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until done. Cook beef, onion and garlic in skillet for 5 minutes or until browned, gradually browning peppers in mixture as well. Puncture potatoes across and scoop mixture out. Mix all ingredients with the potato mix and put back in the potato skin. Sprinkle cheese on top with the marinara sauce and bake for another 7-10 minutes.
