BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 boxes broccoli, cooked
4 grated boiled eggs
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice from 2 lemons
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. plain gelatin
2 c. beef consomme

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Heat 1 cup consomme, add gelatin. Put broccoli in layers in pan. Beat mayonnaise in liquid pour over vegetables put in refrigerator to congeal.
