BEEF CURRY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 1/2 c. raw rice
3 c. water (may need more water, can use mushroom liquid)
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 to 3 tbsp. bovril
1 can sliced mushrooms or brown 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms

Put all ingredients together in a large serving casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Stir several times while cooking. Check for moisture. Serve with sour cream.

Serves 6-8.
