LUMPIA 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. potatoes, shredded
4 carrots, shredded
1 bunch green onion, shredded
2 green bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef, drain meat. When all browned, add onion and garlic, let cook a couple of minutes. Then add green onion, carrots, potatoes and peppers. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook another 5 minutes. Put about 2 tablespoons into wrapper and roll up. Then deep fry until golden brown.
