JULIE'S LUMPIA SHANGHAI 
Canned roast beef (any cooked meat: pork, shrimp, chicken)
Eggroll wrappers
Cooked rice
Water to moisten wrappers
Oil for frying

Shred meat into skillet and heat over medium flame. Dip each wrapper in water and lay on flat surface. Put a small amount of meat and rice (and minced, canned chop suey vegetables, if desired) in center and fold as you would a burrito. Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Make lumpia one at a time and fry immediately (they'll get soggy). Use gravy from canned roast (mixed with a little sweet wine) as a sauce for dipping. Or serve with your favorite sweet-and- sour sauce.
