LUMPIA 
1 pkg. wonton skins
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 carrot, chopped fine
1 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 stalk celery, chopped fine

Mix well. Fill wonton skin and roll. Seal wrappers with egg white. Deep fry until golden brown. Be careful meat is hot.
