PINK ARTIC FREEZE 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple or pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Soften cheese. Blend in mayonnaise and sugar. Add fruits and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Freeze firm, 6 hours or overnight. Slice and serve on lettuce. Makes 8-10 servings.
