TURKEY OR CHICKEN SOUFFLE 
6 slices white bread
2 c. or more sliced turkey or chicken
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
A bit of pepper
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheese

Butter 9x13 inch pan, trim crusts from 2 slices of bread and cube it. Place cubes in bottom of pan. Combine turkey or chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise, salt and spoon over cubes of bread. Place remaining slices on top of meat layer.

Combine eggs, soup, and milk and pour over bread and meat mixture. Let stand 1 hour. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees during the last 15 minutes. Add grated or cheese slices.
