HEARTY WINTER SOUP 
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. celery, sliced
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. ham, cubed
Dash of pepper
Salt to taste

Bring water, potatoes, celery and carrots to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook 5 to 10 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Approximately four 1 cup servings.
