HEARTY WINTER SOUP 
1 c. water
1 c. cubed potatoes
1/2 c. carrot slices
1/2 c. celery slices
3/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1 c. cubed ham
Dash of pepper

Bring water, potatoes, carrots and celery to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, until process cheese spread is melted. (4 servings)
