TERIYAKI BEANS 
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
4 c. cut green beans, drained
1 can bean sprouts (16 oz.)
1 can mushrooms, drained (3 oz.)
3 tbsp. soy sauce

In medium skillet, cook onion in butter until tender. Add green beans, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Mix lightly. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with additional soy sauce. Makes 6 servings.
