TERIYAKI BEAN SPECIAL 
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
4 c. cooked green beans
1 (3 oz.) can chopped broiled mushrooms, drained
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, drained
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook onions in butter until tender; add beans, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and soy sauce. Mix lightly, simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with additional soy sauce if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
