SALMON PATTIES | |
1 lg. can pink salmon 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. lemon juice 1. Make cream sauce with butter, flour and milk. Cook until it thickens. 2. Put salmon in bowl, add sauce; blend; add lemon juice. 3. Shape into patties. Roll in cracker crumbs; then 1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons water; then again in cracker crumbs. IMPORTANT: Put on paper towels and let dry 1 hour. Fry until brown. Excellent. |
