UNBAKED CARAMEL COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1 (3 5/8 or 4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 1/2 c. quick cooking oats

Bring butter, milk, and sugar to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add one package pudding mix. Add quick cooking oats. Mix together thoroughly. Cool about 10 minutes. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper lined tray. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
