BUTTERED CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 c. nuts

Mix sugar and cocoa. Cream with butter. Add flour and eggs. Add vanilla, salt and nuts.

Bake in well-greased 8-inch cake pan at 300°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
