BLACK-EYED PEA SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked black-eyed peas, drained
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. pimento
4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Mix all ingredients. May use cooked green beans, red beans, limas.
