CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
Sm. bottle soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic, or more
2-4 lb. chicken wings

Marinade wings overnight. Bake in sauce 1 hour. Unused sauce may be refrigerated. Serve along with Chinese vegetables over rice.
