CHINESE CHICKEN WING APPETIZERS 
4 lb. pack chicken wing pieces (cut up without tips)
1 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 2 large, shallow pans with nonstick spray. Distribute wing pieces evenly in pans. Combine the soy sauce and sugars, stirring until well blended. Pour over wings. Bake for 30 minutes, turn wings and bake for 30 minutes more. If not mahogany - colored, turn again and bake longer. Remove to platter. Drippings may be placed in bowl to dip wings into.
