FRAN'S CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
2 pkgs. chicken wings, cut
1 lg. onion, sliced in rings
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brandy
Lowery's seasoned salt and pepper

Mix and marinate overnight, or at least 8 hours. Heat fry pan to hot with 3 tablespoons oil. Brown wings slightly. Then pour liquid over chicken and turn heat down to low. Cook about 1 1/2 hours. The amount of soy sauce will vary according to amount prepared. As chicken is cooking more sauce may need to be added.
