BANANA SMASH 
3 c. sugar
6 c. water
5-6 ripe bananas
2 tbsp. concentrate lemon juice or juice of 2 lemons
2 sm. cans frozen orange juice
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice

Mix sugar and water; boil for 8 minutes. Cool completely. Mash bananas in blender with lemon juice. Dilute orange juice as directed on cans. Mix all ingredients. Freeze. Before serving thaw until mushy. Then add 7-Up (scoop in a glass as much as desired and add 7-Up.)
