JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE EGGS 
2 c. croutons (seasoned)
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. milk
3 pkgs. regular Jimmy Dean sausage
8 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard

Butter a 9 x 11 inch pan. Heat together milk and cheese and mustard. Spread croutons in bottom of pan. Crumble sausage over croutons. Beat eggs thoroughly, pour over sausage. Pour milk and cheese over eggs. Refrigerate overnight.

In morning: Combine 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk and pour over top of everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
