ITALIAN SAUSAGE SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage (remove from casing)
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. tomatoes (mashed)
Celery and carrots (chopped)
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 c. orzo macaroni

Fry sausage and brown onions and drain. Add other ingredients, except macaroni, and cook for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are done. Add macaroni and cook until done.
