LEMON DELIGHT 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. 10X sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding

Mix together butter, flour and chopped pecans. Press into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Soften cream cheese and mix with 10X sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Put on crust. Mix milk and instant lemon pudding. Pour onto cream cheese mixture. Serve with Cool Whip. Serves 6 to 8.
