CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
2 whole chicken breasts (raw), skinned and boned
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Swiss cheese, sliced
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
3 or 4 tbsp. melted butter

Place chicken in baking dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano. Pour mushroom soup over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Then place Swiss cheese slices on top of each chicken breast. Mix 3/4 cup crushed bread stuffing with 3 to 4 tablespoons melted butter. Place on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
