BANANA BONANZA PUNCH 
2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
12 oz. can (1 1/2 c.) unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. (1 med.) mashed banana
6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 (12 oz.) can (3 c.) ginger ale, chilled

In 2 quart saucepan, heat water and sugar until sugar dissolves. Blend in pineapple juice, banana and concentrates. Pour mixture into freezer container; cover and freeze.

Before serving, thaw slightly to slush stage; turn mixture into punch bowl or large pitcher. Slowly add ginger ale. Stir lightly to blend. If desired, garnish with banana slices, orange slices or pineapple chunks. 18 (1/2 cup) servings.

Tip: For a liquor punch, add 1 1/2 cups light rum or vodka with juice, banana and concentrates. Mixture will not freeze but remain at slush stage.
