CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 c. uncooked rice
1-1 1/2 c. chicken broth
3 lb. fryer, cooked and deboned
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can Durkee's onion rings

Put cooked broccoli in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Put rice on next, then add chicken broth and chicken. Mix together soups, lemon juice, and half of the onion rings.

Place mixture on top of chicken. Sprinkle rest of onion rings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until rice is done.
