CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled and diced
1 c. instant rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. real lemon juice
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. broccoli or asparagus spears
2 c. grated cheese

Boil and dice chicken. Layer in bottom of casserole dish. Then spoon rice (already cooked) on top. Layer asparagus spears over rice. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder with cream of mushroom soup. Then spread over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on top generously and bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
