LUMPIA (Philippine Egg Rolls) 
1 lb. lean, raw hamburger
1/2 grated green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1 grated carrot
1/2 grated onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent

Mix ingredients together well. Put 1 tbsp. into each (wonton) skin (1 package). Fold from both sides over meat. When at end, moisten with water. Fry in several inches of oil until golden brown. Dip in sweet and sour sauce as you eat!
