MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Dash pepper
9 slices American cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

Cook macaroni until tender and drain. In saucepan melt butter and blend in the all-purpose flour, salt, pepper and milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Mix cheese and macaroni and put into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
