GRANDMA'S MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lb. ground pork (or ground veal - less fat)
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
3 eggs
6 minced garlic buds

Mix well. Add minced garlic buds. Best if set overnight or few hours before broiling.

Make meatballs. Broil 5-7 minutes until done. Makes 30-40 meatballs.

Serve with spaghetti or as Swedish meatballs (using canned cream of mushroom soup as sauce).
