SPICY CHEESE DROPS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. dried red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. softened butter
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tsp. caraway seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. In mixing bowl, cream butter and cheese. Stir in dry ingredients, nuts, and caraway seeds. Roll teaspoons of dough into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden. Yield: 5 1/2 dozen. NOTE: These can be frozen after baking and are still just as good when thawed.
