SHRIMP AND CRABMEAT DISH 
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of black pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
7 oz. pkg. frozen shrimp
7 oz. pkg. frozen crabmeat
5 oz. can water chestnuts
1/3 c. cooking sherry
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Saute green peppers, onions, celery in butter in saucepan for about 10 minutes. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook until bubbly. Blend in undrained mushrooms, frozen shrimp and frozen crabmeat, chopped water chestnuts and sherry. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Blend in cheese until melted. Serve over rice.
