HARDY BEAN DIP 
1- 16 oz. can refried beans
1- 10 oz. can Rotel Mexican festival style diced tomatoes and green chilies with cilantro
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can sliced black olives, drained
1/4 c. sliced green onions

In a saucepan, combine beans, Rotel, cheese, olives and green onions; stir until cheese is melted on low fire. Eat with tortilla chips.
