HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. shredded frozen potatoes, thawed 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 c. cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1/2 c. sour cream 1/3 c. chopped onion 6 oz. mild cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1 c. crushed Ritz or cheese crackers 1/4 c. melted butter Mix thoroughly first 8 ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with crackers. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
