CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 c. chopped broccoli
2 stalks chopped celery
1 c. evaporated milk
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 tbsp. butter

Cook 3/4 cup milk and butter to scalding point. Mix stuffing mix and milk mixture.

In another bowl mix chicken, broccoli, soup, celery, cheese, thyme and rest of milk. Take 1/2 of stuffing and put in bottom of 8x12 greased pan. Then top with chicken and rest of stuffing. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Then top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
