PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM 
6 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. vanilla ice cream powder
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Milk
About 3 1/2 c. crushed hard peppermint candy

Beat eggs well, add ice cream powder and stir well. Stir in other ingredients, adding the peppermint candy last. Add enough whole milk to mixture to fill gallon ice cream freezer about 2/3 full. Freeze.
