MOM'S HOMEMADE PEPPERMINT ICE
CREAM
 
5 cans Milnot
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. red food color
50 peppermint candies
milk (to finish with)

Melt the candies in a can of Milnot. Mix with mixer all ingredients, including the melted candies.

Mom used a gallon size old fashion crank ice cream freezer.
