GREAT GRANDMA'S CHEESECAKE 
1 can Carnation milk
1 box lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 pkgs. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted

Blend in with cracker crumbs. Whip sugar and cream cheese together. Set aside. Make Jello and chill until slightly thick. Whip milk separately until very thick and stands in peaks. Whip Jello slightly. Then mix all the ingredients into the milk until light and fluffy. Pour into pan lined with graham crackers on the bottom. Save 1 cup of graham crackers for on the top. Just sprinkle on lightly and chill in ice box.
