SESAME CHICKEN WINGS 
20-25 chicken wings
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. butter

In mixing bowl, combine 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk.

In another bowl, blend 1/2 cup sesame seeds, 1/2 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, dash pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ginger.

Melt 1 stick butter in baking pan.

Dip wings in egg/milk mixture, then coat with dry ingredients. Place in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
