SESAME CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. 3 part chicken wings
1 1/2 bottles soy sauce
2 c. flour
1 tsp. ginger
1 jar sesame seeds
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut tips off wings; discard. Cut other parts to make two pieces; marinate in soy sauce for 1/2 hour each side.

Mix other ingredients. Coat wings in flour mixture. Melt butter on a cookie sheet. Lay floured wings in butter on cookie sheet and cook for 20 minutes each side. Serve hot.
